The beach trawl is one of the fishing gear classified into the seine net group, the main parts of the beach trawl are the wing, the body of the net (body) and the bag part (boy), as well as the towing rope or divingbar. The purpose of this study is to determine the composition of the catch of coastal trawls operated secretly in the waters of Tanjung Luar, to determine the size of the main catch of coastal trawls operated in the waters of Tanjung Luar and to analyze the feasibility of fishing business coastal trawls operated in the waters of Tanjung Luar. Data analysis of the composition of fishermen's catches using the main catch, by catch, and discard comparison methods. The results of measuring the cagak length of the main catch fish were analyzed using descriptive analysis and then tabulated in the form of a histogram. The feasibility of a beach trawling business was analyzed using the Benefit Cost Of Ratio (BCR). The number of mainly caught fish measured during the study was 1,434 from 16 types of fish. The average size of the longest fish cagak length is 27.2 cmFL and the average length of the shortest fish cagak is 11.29 cmFL. The BCR obtained in the krakat-type beach trawl business in this study was 3.8. Because BCR > 1, the business is profitable and fishing with coastal trawl fishing gear can be continued
